Validation and Verification
SustainCERT is an accredited Designated Operational Entity (DOE) for validation and verification activities under the Paris Agreement Crediting Mechanism (PACM).
This mechanism, under Article 6.4 of the Paris Agreement, enables voluntary cooperation between countries on climate action, generating emission reduction or removal credits that can be transferred internationally and used towards countries’ Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).
SustainCERT provides digitally-enabled validation and verification services, ensuring that carbon projects meet the rigorous standards of credibility and impact required by Article 6.4.
